During the past 21years I have worked with many companies both Public and Private, as well as Professional organisations.  This wide range of clients has given me a privileged position in advising and coaching in many different industry sectors.

 

Following a career with two major International companies [ Philips and Thorn Electrical Industries ] I founded my own business in the late 70's. The company grew into a multinational  operation. What a helter skelter ride it was during the 80's and 90's ..... it was surely one of the best business learning curves you could ever want and has given me a wealth of experience in all aspects of business management.

 

It was tough, extreamly demanding and being in a very competitive market place it certainly tested my skills as a Leader, Communicator and Motivator .... it was also great fun.

 

To add to the grey hair and wisdom I do have a Diploma in Performance Management. I am also Co-Chair and Founder of the Midlands Leadership Groups, one of the UK's leading Executive Developmet Organisations.
